Empirical Research Partners LLC, a broker-dealer, was founded in 2002 with the aim of providing high quality research on a wide range of topics of interest to institutional investors. Our staff has worked in this field for over 20 years and turnover has been very low. Michael Goldstein, the firm’s Managing Partner, was the Chief Investment Strategist of Sanford C. Bernstein and Co., Inc. from 1990 to 2002 and was an analyst of the financial service industry from 1986 to 1990. Brian Cho, Mr. Goldstein’s partner for 15 years, directs our quantitative research efforts. Stuart Adrian, an analyst with a decade of experience, directs our international research efforts.
Empirical Research Partners was selected as one of Wall Street’s top providers of portfolio strategy and quantitative research in Institutional Investor’s 2009 All-American Research Poll and in each year since 2003.
